Paul Decle
Paul was diagnosed with HIV in late 1997 and although he says it was a “Good time to get an HIV diagnoses” HIV was still a terminal condition and the getting the news it was a life-changing event. After a short period of ill health Paul started on AZT mono therapy.

Thinking he was going to die Paul thought he should get off his arse and do something with his life. Having taught himself how to build web sites, the internet was still in it’s infancy, Paul embarked on building a number of web sites. Through a friend Paul was asked to create and maintain a website for the AIDS Treatment Project ATP.

Some 20 years later Paul now runs Forum Link and supports both individuals’ living with HIV as a patient advocate as well as fledgling groups who he provides web sites and other internet services along with It support.

Recent projects that Paul is involved in are The HIV Conversations, United 4 PReP, and the European ChemSex Forum.
