Phillip Antony Dzwonkewicz, Is 36 and he has been positive for 11 years now.
He is an office manger by day and performer by night.

Phillip was crowned Mr Gay England in June 2018 and he is heading to compete in Mr Gay Europe in August.

His campaign is simple: HIV Doesn’t Define You!

Phillip says “I am hoping that by being visible and present on social media, and using Mr Gay England and Mr Gay Europe as a platform, to open up a dialogue of the reality of living with HIV in 2018 and smashing that 80s imagery for good. They need to know they know one of us”

Phil Dzwonkiewicz, Mr Gay England 2018, is using his platform for a campaign to combat stigma in ‘HIV Doesn’t Define You’.
